Nolten's flagship store in Leidschendam was designed by Binnenbrand Brand Environment Architects.
Nolten has shoe stores in The Hague, Delft, Zoetermeer, Rijswijk, and Leidschendam. The store in Leidschendam—with 750 m² of floor space—is actually the largest shoe store in the Netherlands. Although there is no overarching interior design concept, all of Nolten’s shoe stores do share certain similarities. For example, metal is used extensively in all stores. For the store in Leidschendam, we also supplied and installed a wide variety of custom-made furniture. And it is especially the wooden beams in the entrance that catch the eye.
To ensure the success of this project, we collaborated closely with various subcontractors. To achieve a seamless installation, it was a challenge to have everything on-site just in time.
