Online Stores in Hardenberg
The interior design for Webstores’ new facility in Hardenberg was created through a collaborative process.

Webstores is located on the second and fourth floors of the Heemserhoek, a sustainable office building in a prime, high-visibility location spanning approximately 5,500 m² near the “entrance” to Hardenberg. To bring the interior to life, we worked closely and enjoyably with Architecten Lab and SKO.
Webstores wanted a distinctive and multifunctional office interior. Our response to this specific request: a unique interior concept with the Danish name Hjemme. A careful balance between open areas and enclosed spaces creates a great deal of variety in the office layout. The Scandinavian atmosphere further supports Webstores’ diverse activities, making both employees and visitors feel truly at home.
The walls of the enclosed spaces are clad with solid oak slats, which are placed closer together at the bottom. In some places, sections of the walls have been deliberately left empty, ensuring that no two views are the same. This dynamic creates variation in the background of the open spaces. The interiors of the walls feature acoustic panels made from 60% recycled PET bottles. Combined with the colorful and sustainable bulletin board, each space thus gains its own unique atmosphere. The carpet tiles reference the cobblestones found on the streets and are made from 100% recycled nylon. The strikingly chosen furniture radiates the company’s energy, which is further emphasized by a swing in the hallway.
